- I thought all collectively offered wisdom in each video. I am thankful I was able to watch.

- This was an extremely satisfactory module for me, though the parts with the largest impact for me in what I will take into the future were Matt Abraham's "six word stories" and Laura Sicola's alignment of verbal, vocal, and visual elements to foster the credibility of the message conveyed.
